Can I resell space within my own account?
Yes. You can resell space within your account. However, you will be responsible for its content. It will not be possible to acquire different levels of FTP access. You are supplied with the FTP access login and password which you may then pass on to your clients should they desire FTP access to their sites.

Who handles support questions for a reseller’s customer?
The reseller program is designed to work so that the reseller acts as front line support for their customers. In the event the reseller is asked a question he does not know the RESELLER then contacts SiteAction™ for and on behalf of the customer. As standard procedure and in order to avoid possible conflicts, SiteAction™ does not interact with the clientele of the reseller.

Can I use the SiteAction™ logo on my web page?
Yes. The following GIF file can be copied and used wherever and whenever you want as long as you make this image a hyperlink in your page that links to “http://www.siteaction.com”.

How much can I charge my clients?
You may offer these services at prices you think are appropriate for your market. We will not regulate your prices.
